New Booking Site, Who This?



“I don’t like your booking process.” That’s one of the greatest frustrations we’ve heard from clients. Well, a change has come, and its name is Mangomint


Mangomint is a platform catapulting our booking process into 2024, and we couldn’t be happier! We’re excited to deliver a booking site that keeps things simple and stress-free. So, what can you expect with our new and improved booking site?



We’ve got a new text line: 301-901-8047. Previously, our text line and booking site didn’t talk to each other, which meant shuffling between various apps and websites, leaving room for error. Now, everything’s all in one place, communicating like a couple after successful therapy. 





Adjusted styling options. To streamline booking, we’ve reduced the styles you initially see when self-booking. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, simply select “build-a-style” and upload a picture for our team to review, and we’ll provide custom pricing. 




No more screenshots. Insert praise break. Deposits are now made directly through the booking site, and screenshots are no longer required. IYKYK.





Increase in deposits. You may notice an increase in your booking deposits. Unlike before, we’re unable to set a standard deposit based on how long you’ve been a client. However, the deposit always goes towards your service, so this only changes on the front end.


Shampoo + Style = 2 services. You must first select the shampoo option that fits your service and then choose your service/style. It may feel a little wonky at first. However, because shampoo belles and junior stylists do most of the shampoos, we want to ensure your service shows up on their books and not on the books of the team member doing your style. 

Feedback Forms. You’ll now have the opportunity to share feedback after booking your service and after its completion. A link will be emailed to you, and we want you to be honest about your booking experience and salon visit. Your feedback lets us ensure your experience consistently aligns with our offerings. 








N Club 2.0: For now, members must book appointments by texting our Booking Concierge at 301-901-8047. We'll let you know when online booking is available in the coming weeks. So keep an eye out for our newsletters.
